What a grounded answer looks like

Q: What is the difference between RTO and RPO?

RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is the maximum acceptable time to restore a business process after disruption; RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is the maximum acceptable data loss measured backwards in time from the incident.

Ask the same knowledge base something outside its corpus — say, a medical question — and it refuses with "outside certified domain" instead of improvising. That refusal is what the certificate warrants.

Why the quarantine matters

Notice the 24 quarantined chunks in the audit stage. Most knowledge-base tools would silently include them; re:intel holds back any chunk whose grounding or confidence falls below the certification threshold and lists them in the certificate instead. Your compliance team sees exactly which pages the assistant will not answer from and why — usually scanned tables, damaged OCR, or ambiguous cross-references. Fix the source documents, rebuild, and the certificate upgrades. That feedback loop is how corpora get measurably better over time instead of quietly rotting inside an embedding index.

Try it on your own documents

The live platform lets you drop an inventory and interrogate the resulting knowledge base with full citations. Free evaluation, no card.
